Abstract: The article is devoted to the review of administrative contract as a form of legal regulation. It is noted that it’s necessary to improve legal regulation of housing and utilities issues. Thanks to contract forms, one may improve administrative legal regulation of social relations in the sphere of state and private partnerships.
