Abstract: This article includes analysis of the decisions of the European Parliament and Council in the sphere of energetic efficiency and energy conservation based on specific examples of eliminating production of incandescent lamps, improvement of use of biological waste in order to gain energy. The author explains a number of terms, which are key for the international and national energy law, watches positive effects of application of new technologies in the sphere of production and use of energy for environmental protection
